Improved Counterspell - When reading a counterspell action you may use a spell from the same school of equal or higher level instead of the exact spell or dispell magic to counter.

Magic of the Lay You have gone beyond the bounds of limited spellcasting and no longer require a conduit for accessing 3rd lvl Spells

Reactive Coubter Spell Once per round you may counter spell a spell with out a readied action. doing so forfeits your next turn.

Improved Magic of the Lay You skill and knowledge have increased even further, by allowing you to access 4th lvl spells without a conduit.

Mastery of Counterspells Whenever you counter a spell you may add your key ability modifier to your total roll.

I am unsure if access to spells is restrictedat 2nd or 3rd. If it's 3rd then increase prereq to third and change magic of the lay to 4th and 5th lvl respectivly.
