Eye of the Beholder
Transmutation
Level: Sorcerer/Wizard 9
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: 60 ft.
Area: Cone-shaped emanation
Duration: 1 round/level
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No

You grow an additional eye on your forehead, which functions as a beholder's central eye. You may open or close this eye as you see fit as a swift action. Whenever it is opened, it unleashes an antimagic field in a 60 ft. cone in front of you. You are unable to cast spells or use spell-like abilities while the eye is active, as your line of effect is disrupted, but defensive items or effects on your person do not have their effects surpressed, as the cone does not include you in its effect. Any weapons wielded are considered inside the antimagic cone.

Steal Voice
Necromancy
Level: Cleric 4, Sorcerer/Wizard 4
Components: V, S, F
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close
Target: One creature
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes

In one fell stroke, this curse rips out a target's voice, rendering it mute. The target is unable to produce any sound out of his throat, although it may still be able to communicate by clicking its tongue or teeth; making sound with other parts of the body is not impossible. The voice is imprisoned in a small vial prepared especially for this purpose. Returning the power of speech to a victim is impossible, unless the vial imprisoning the voice is destroyed, upon which the voice automatically returns to whom it belongs, if it is on the same plane. If the voice is on another plane as the owner when it is released, the voice returns as soon as its owner enters that plane.

Focus: a small, empty crystal vial worth at least 100 gp.

La'anatullah
Universal
Level: Cleric 9
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Close
Target: One creature
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Will negates
Spell Resistance: Yes

Violating the connection of a being with its deity, this spell is one of the most dreaded curses throughout the multiverse. In a single fell swoop, it eradicates all of the being's divine sponsorship. Divine casters are denied their spells, paladins fall, while other deifically sponsored characters lose the abilities derived from this sponsorship. These effects happen instantly, and can only be undone by receiving an atonement by a caster of at least 15th level.
